Murphy Irish Arts Alumni Picnic
For all Alumni and their family
When: Sunday, June 19, 2011
Where: Old River Farm Reserved Picnic Area
Located off Chagrin River Road in North Chagrin Reservation,
South of Chardon Road\Route 6 in Willoughby Hills.
Time: 12:30pm till ????

Features: Open Shelter with electricity, picnic tables, grills, water, portable restroom facility, swings, ball field, volleyball poles/net, and horseshoe pit.

Bring your own main dish and drinks for your family, (charcoal and fluid will be provided). If you would like to make a side dish or a dessert to share, please do so. Canned or bottled beer and wine are permitted in the reserved area only. If you can bring extra plates, napkins, cups and condiments we sure would appreciate it.
The grills will be started early so you can eat whenever you’re hungry or if you need to leave early.
Bring your bats, gloves, softballs and bases for a game or two. If you have horse shoes or volleyball please bring them. Bring whatever you want to make the day enjoyable for everyone.
